Chocolate is a very temperamental product, best handled gently. To melt Chocolate Sauce, heat in microwave for 5 to 10 second intervals, stirring frequently. Or heat in a small pan over hot water, stirring constantly. Never boil Chocolate Sauce.
Pour over ice cream for a decadent dessert!
Spread over cakes, cookies or toast for a rich frosting or spread.
Add to hot milk for a richly satisfying cup of hot chocolate.
Dip strawberries or other fresh fruit in the melted sauce for a refreshing treat.
